BRUNEEL <br />CHIEF ASSISTANT CITY ATTORNEY <br />Attached for filing with the South Bend Common Council, please find a Resolution <br />finding the lease of property at 504 North Johnson Street, South Bend, Indiana <br />for use as a Neighborhood Partnership Center necessary. This lease was to be <br />effective August 1, 1997, but the property owner has agreed to allow month to <br />month rental until the lease is approved by the Common Council and signed by the <br />Board of Public Works. <br />The lease is for a term of twelve months, with an option to renew for twelve <br />months, and the monthly rental shall not exceed Three Hundred and Fifty Dollars <br />($350.00).
