Y l 30 —1 r <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND DESIGNATING A CERTAIN AREA WITHIN <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, COMMONLY KNOWN AS <br />1015 Oak Street; 1042 Oak Street; 1107 Oak Street <br />AS A RESIDENTIALLY DISTRESSED AREA FOR PURPOSES OF A <br />(5) FIVE -YEAR RESIDENTIAL REAL <br />PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT FOR <br />South Bend Mutual Homes, LP <br />WHEREAS, a Statement of Benefits and a petition for residential real property tax abatement <br />have been submitted to and filed with the City Clerk for consideration by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana, requesting that the area commonly known as 1015 Oak <br />Street; 1042 Oak Street; 1107 Oak Street South Bend, Indiana, and which is more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />1) 1015 Oak Street, South Bend, IN <br />Parcel ID: 18 -1033 -1461 <br />Legal Description: Lot Numbered seventeen (17) as shown in the recorded Plat of William <br />Miller's Addition to the City of South Bend, excepting therefrom that part taken for Sherman <br />Avenue in St. Joseph County, Indiana. <br />2) 1042 Oak Street, South Bend, IN <br />Parcel ID: 18-1033-1444, 18-1033-1442, 18-1033-1443 <br />Parcel I: A part of lot numbered eleven (11) as shown on the recorded Plat of William Miller's <br />Addition to the City of South Bend, described as follows, viz: Beginning at the westerly corner <br />of said lot running thence North 39.50 East with the southeasterly line of Oak Street 60 feet; <br />thence southeasterly 38.45 feet to a point 53 feet from the easterly line of LaPorte Avenue; <br />thence South 39.5° West parallel with Oak Street 53 feet; thence North 37.5° West with the <br />easterly line of LaPorte Avenue 36 feet to the place of the beginning.
