Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council <br />2015 <br />The March 23, 2015 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was called to <br />order by Council President Tim Scott at 5:04 p.m. in the Council's Informal Meeting Room. <br />Persons in attendance included Council Members Tim Scott, Henry Davis, Jr., Valerie <br />Schey, Dr. Fred Ferlic, Dr. David Varner, Oliver J. Davis, Gavin Ferlic, Derek D. Dieter and Karen <br />L. White; Robert Palmer, Attorney; and Council Attorney Kathleen Cekanski - Farrand. <br />The Executive Session was called pursuant to the "Notice of Executive Session" dated <br />March 19, 2015 (attached) which states in part that the meeting is being held pursuant to Indiana <br />Code § 5- 14- 1.5 -6.1 (b)(2)(B) for the discussion of strategy with respect to pending litigation or <br />litigation which has been threatened in writing ". <br />This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session was that <br />contained in the March 19, 2015 "Notice of Executive Session ". <br />President Tim Scott adjourned the meeting at 5:58 p.m. <br />Tim Scott, Council President <br />I" District Council Member <br />South Bend Common Council <br />Attachment <br />
