ORDINANCE NO. & f`3 / <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 <br />COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE Bf <br />M CITY OF SO TH =U, INDIANA <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Comaron Council of the City of South Send, Indiana: <br />Section 1. Ordinance No. 37020 being a zoning ordinance in <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana, be, and the same is hereby, amended <br />so that the zoning classification of the following described real <br />estate in the City of South Send, Indiana, to -wit: <br />Lot Numbered Ten Hundred and Eighty Five (1085) <br />of the LaSalle Park Addition to the City of <br />South Bend, <br />be, and the same is hereby changed from "B" Residential District <br />to "C" Commercial District and "D" Height and Area District. <br />Section 2.
