Jjt-3 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.. 3702 <br />COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND;o INDIANA <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana:: <br />Section 1. Ordinance No. 3702, being a zoning ordinance in <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana, be, and the same is hereby, <br />amended so that the zoning classification of the following de <br />scribed real estate in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit: <br />Lots Numbered Nine Hundred Five (905), Nine Hundred Six <br />(906), Nine Hundred Seven (907), Nine Hundred Eight (908), <br />Nine Hundred Nine (909), Nine Hundred Thirteen (913), <br />Nine Hundred Fourteen (914), Nine Hundred Fifteen (915) <br />Nine Hundred Sixteen (916), mine Hundred Seventeen (9171, <br />Nine Hundred Eighteen (918), Nine Hundred Nineteen (919) <br />and Nine Hundred Twenty (920) as shown on the recorded <br />Plat of Summit Place Third Addition to the City of South <br />Bend <br />be, and the same is hereby, changed from "C" Commercial District <br />and "D" Height and Area District to "B" Residential District and <br />"A" Height and Area District. <br />Section 2.
