ORDINANCE NO. 115 e V1— °Z <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NOo 3702 <br />COWONLY ffiTM AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DMIAM <br />Be it ordained by the Canon Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indianan <br />Section I. Ordinance No. 3702, being the zoning ordinance of <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana, be, and the same hereby is, amended <br />so that the zoning classification of the following described real <br />estate in the City of South Bend, St, Joseph County, Indiana, towit: <br />Lots 4 to 32.inclusive in Homeland Addition, Lots 140 to <br />255 inclusive in Homeland 2nd Addition and 256 to 371 <br />inclusive in Homeland 3rd Addition, <br />be, and the same is hereby, changed from "E" heavy industrial and "F" height and <br />area districts to "B" residence and }rB" height and area districts. <br />Section II.
