ORDINANCE NO. 3 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING <br />ZONING ORDINANCE N0. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702 be and the same is hereby amended and <br />supplemented by the adoption of an ordinance zoning the following described <br />real estate in the City of South Bend, Indiana, as "A" Residential District <br />and "A" Height and Area District: <br />Beginning at point on the one - eighth (1/8) line 336 ft. <br />west of the Southeast corner of the North Half of the <br />Northeast Quarter section 5 T. 37 N.
