The sum of $>1500.00 is hereby transferred from Traffic Depart - <br />ment T43 Traffic Materials to T726 Other Equipment; and the sum of $980.00 is <br />hereby transferred from City Plan Commission 11 to City Plan Commission 55, <br />Subscriptions and Dues $500.00, 214 Telephone and Telegraph .$30.00, 216 Travel <br />Expenses $100.00 and 242 Photograph and Printing $350.00; all of the budget <br />for the year 1953 of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />SECTION II. The above funds are required for the proper operation and <br />functioning of the aforementioned Departments under the budget for the year <br />1953 and an emergency is declared to exist concerning said transfers and <br />appropriations. <br />ION III. This Ordinance shell be in full force and effect from and after <br />passage by the Common Council, its approval by the Mayor and the fulfill - <br />of all statutory requirements relating to emergency appropriations. <br />61 <br />Member of the Common Council <br />
