ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 <br />COMMONLY KNOInN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE.Or <br />THE CITY Or SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indi an a: <br />Section 1. Ordinance No. 3702, being a zoning ordinance in <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana, be, and the same hereby is, <br />amended so that the zoning classification of the following <br />described real estate in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit: <br />Lot numbered 19 and the East half of lot <br />numbered 20 in Evans Subdivision of Bank <br />Out lot numbered 88 of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, together with other property <br />on the South side of Washington Avenue for <br />a distance of 173.85 feet East running to a <br />depth of 144.51 feet from the alley on the <br />East side of the aforesaid lot numbered 19, <br />be, and the same is hereby changed from "B" Residence District <br />and "B" Height and Area District to 110 Commercial and "E" <br />Height and Area District. <br />Section 2.
