OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK <br />Date March 9th, 1948 <br />To CITY PLAN COMMISSION <br />At the March 8th, 1948 meeting of the Council the <br />following matter was referred to you for appropriate disposal or for <br />specific action as indioated: <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NUMBER 2331 AS AMENDED, <br />WHICH ORDINANCE IS COMMONLY CALLED THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND. <br />Councilman Tellson made a motion that the ordinance be <br />referred to the City Plan Commission, Councilman Glass <br />seconded the motion.
