ORDINANCE N0. `3 <br />This ordinance is amendatory of Ordinance No. 2331 <br />adopted by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />on June 25th, 1923, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance. <br />SOUTH BEND: <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />Section 1. That Ordinance No. 2331 of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, otherwise known as the Zoning Ordinance be <br />and the same is hereby amended as follows, to -wit: <br />That the said Ordinance No. 2331 be and is hereby ex- <br />tended to include the following described real estate; and that <br />following described real estate heretofore unclassified and unz <br />Is hereby classified and zoned as "C" Commercial District and s <br />hereafter be subject to all regulations and restrictions affecting <br />real estate zoned for class "C" Commercial Use as defined by <br />Section 5 of said Ordinance No. 2331; said property being the fol- <br />lowing described real estate located in the City of South Bend, St <br />Joseph County, State of Indiana, to -wit: <br />A triangular tract of land containing two <br />acres more or less in the Northeast Quarter <br />of Section Six (6), Township Thirty -seven <br />(37) North, Range Three (3) East, bounded <br />by a line running as follows: Beginning at <br />the intersection of the North line of said <br />section with the center line of Tell Street, <br />thence running South to the center line of <br />Edwardsburg Road, thence running N534oE with <br />said road to the north line of said section, <br />thence running West on said line to the <br />place of beginning. <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the aforesaid real estate <br />be and hereby is made,] height and area district, and that said <br />1st 2nd PtAft6A ,14 'h�6f_ <br />COMIwiiTEE Cf THE �G <br />PUBLIC HEARING J° <br />_ ft� <br />3rd REA 6 <br />DIN!
