ORDINANCE N0,r3 G 3 <br />An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 2331 (as amended) <br />commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, that: <br />1. Ordinance No. 2331 (as amended) being a Zoning <br />Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same <br />is hereby amended so that the zoning classification of the follow- <br />ing described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph <br />County, Indiana, to -wit: <br />Lots Numbered 60, 61, 62 and 63 <br />in Queensboro Addition <br />be and the same are hereby changed from B. Residence and B. Height <br />and Area District to C Commercial and E Height and Area District. <br />2.
