Ordinance No. 3702 of the Ordinances of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, be and the same is hereby amended to provide <br />the indicated zoning of the following area, to -wit: <br />Lots numbered 49 and 52, in Whiteman's First <br />Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana <br />and Lots numbered 59,60,85,88 and 89 in Prairie <br />Avenue Heights Addition to the City of South <br />Bend Indiana, be changed to "B" Residential <br />and f'A" Height and Area District, from "C" <br />Commercial District and "D" height and Area <br />District. <br />2.
