BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: Section 1. That the following contract, copy of which is on file ir_ the Office of the Board, and made a part hereof, entered into on behalf of the City of South Bend, Indiana, by and through the Board of Public Works and Safety, and the Burroughs Adding Machine Company, Inc., be and the same is hereby in all things confirmed, ratified and approved: ITEM 1 - Budgetary Accounting Machine Style 78 06 78 AMOUNT X2,622.50 Section 2. That the following contract, copy of which is on file in the Office of the South Eend Water Works, and made a part hereof, entered into by the South Bend City Water Works, through its Board of Water Works Corrmissioners, and the Layne - Northern Company, Inc., be and the same is hereby in all things confirmed, ratified and approved: ITEM AMOUNT Construction of One (1) Complete Well and Pump, including all Appurtenances $17,633.00 Section 3• That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council and its approval by the Mayor.
