ORDINANCE NO .& 1;7,.� 3 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AIVD ORDINANCE NO. 3TOZO <br />AS AIMIMED, WHICH ORDINANCE IS C01MONLY <br />CALLED THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEM <br />BE IT ORDAINED: <br />By the Common Council of the City of South Bend, that Ordinance <br />No. 'a19Z, as amended, which ordinance is commonly called the zoning ordin- <br />ance of the City of South Bend, be amended as follows, to-wit- <br />SECTION 1: That the following described real estate <br />in the City of South Bend, County of St. Joseph, State <br />of Indiana, shall be rezoned as "Cu Use District and "En <br />Height and Area District: <br />Lots numbered one hundred forty -nine (3 -49), one hund- <br />red fifty (150) and one hundred fifty -one (151) as shown <br />on the recorded Plat of Belleville First Unit, an Addition <br />to the City of South Bend, together with 1/2 of the vacat- <br />ed alley lying on the vest side of said Lot numbered 149 <br />and Lots 191 and 192 in Section H of Belle Village Addi- <br />tion to the City of South Bend, being a parcel of land in <br />the northeast corner of Kenmore and Sample Streets 123.36 <br />feet north and south and 117 feet east and west. <br />SECTION 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and <br />effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, <br />approval by the Mayor, and legal publication. <br />V <br />NOT 3 I: i J <br />Member of the Common Council <br />
