WALZ, widow, resident of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, and petitions the Honorable Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend to amend the Zoning Ordinance of the <br />City of South Bend, Number 3702, adopted June 13th, 1949, by <br />charging the zoning of Lots Numbered Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine <br />(9) of John E. Walz, Revised Addition to the City of South Bend, <br />County of St. Joseph, State of Indiana, from "B" Use and "A" <br />Height and Area Districts to "C" Use and "E11 Height and Area Dis- <br />tricts.
