ORDINANCE N0. .,37&-d' <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 <br />COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of S <br />Bend, Indiana: <br />Section I. Ordinance No. 3702, being a zoning ordinance <br />in the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is <br />amended so that the zoning classification of the following <br />ed real estate in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit: <br />Lots Numbered Seven (7), Eight (8) Nine (9), <br />of John E. Walz., Revised Addition �o the City <br />of South Bend, County of St. Joseph, State of <br />Indiana, <br />be and the same is hereby changed from "B" Use and "A" Height and <br />Area Districts to "C" Use and "E" Height and Area Districts. <br />Section II.
