r C,�?i f'bb^ �'• PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO. 3,7G O An Ordinance Providing for the Annexation of Certain Territory to the City of South Bend, Indiana, Be It Ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: Section 1. That the following described territory in St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, be and the same is hereby, annexed to and shall constitute thereafter a part of the City of South Bend, Indiana. Beginning in the center of Miami Road at a point 1050 ft. south of the center line of Donmoyer Ave. (East and West center line Sec. 24 T. 37 N. R. 2 East); thence south along the center line of Miami Road a distance of 2235.77 ft. to the north line of the North Half of Northeast Quarter section 25, T. 37 N. R. 2 East (north line of Erskine Park Golf Course) thence West along the north line of said Erskine Park Golf course a distance of 1169 ft. to the East line of Southmoor Heights (Federal Housing site) thence North along the East line of said Southmoor Heights a distance of 2280.10 ft, to the South line of Notre Dame Sacred Heart Novitiate, thence Easterly along the southerly line of said "Notre Dame property a distance of 724.72 ft. to point of curve; thence northeasterly along said curve a distance of 199.14 ft, to point of tangent of said curve (said curve has an angle of intersection of 12 degrees and. 4 minutes, tangent of 100 ft., and radius of 947.17 ft.), thence northeasterly along said tangent to point 200 ft. West of the center line of Miami Road; thence South to point 1050 ft. south of center line of Donmoyer Ave,, thence East 200 ft. to center line of Miami Road to the place of beginning. Section 2.
