ORD I NANCE NO. �, �D <br />AN ORD 1 i ANCE AMEi\1) I NG ORD I NANCE NO. 3702, <br />COiv4v10NLY KNOWN AS ZONING ORDINANCE OF <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNSIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />Section I. That Ordinance Nb. 3702, which is known as the <br />Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, be amended by <br />changing the zoning classifications of Lots numbered fourteen <br />(14) and fifteen (15) in Robinson's 2nd. Plat of Partition Lot <br />Number four of teer's Partition of Samuel Leer's Estate, an <br />addition to the City of South Bend, from "B" Residence "A" <br />Height and Area Dis trict to "D" Light Industrial and "F" Height <br />and Area District. <br />Section 2.
