OF;DINANCE NO <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.3702 <br />COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana: <br />Section 1. Ordinance No. 3702, being the zoning ordi <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be, and the same hereby is <br />amended so that the zoning classification of the following de- <br />scribed real estate in the City of South Bend, St.Joseph County, <br />Indiana, towit: <br />A parcel of land described as beginning 345.5 <br />feet South of the North West corner of the Northeast <br /><;uarter of ;Section S, Township 37 North, Range 3 Fast, <br />thence ;south a distance of 106 feet, thence east a <br />distance of 232 feet, thence North a distance of <br />263.35 feet more or less to a point on the South line <br />of said U. a. Highway No. 20, thence West along the <br />South line of said highway a distance of 40 feet, <br />thence South a distance of165 feet, thence rest a <br />distance of 192 feet to the place of beginning. <br />be, add the same is hereby changed from "A" Residence District a <br />A" Height and Area District to 11C -1" Commercial District and <br />"D" Height and Area -District. <br />Section II.
