1 r PETITION DIRECTED TO THE COIWON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA TO THE COMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: The undersigned hereby respectfully petition the Common Council to amend and supplement present zoning ordinances- by the adoption of an ordinance zoning the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, County of St. Joseph, State of Indiana, as "A "Residential District and "A" Height and Area District: Beginning on the present city limits at a point 200 ft, south of the center of section 19 T. 37 N.R. 3 East; thence east along the present city limits 200 ft. south of the east and west center line of said section 19 a distance of 1320 ft., more or less, to the east line of the North West Quarter of the South East Quarter; thence south 955 ft., more or less, to a point 165 ft, north of the south line of the North West Quarter of the South East Quarter; thence west 1320 ft., more or less, to the north and south center line of said section 19; thence north along the north and south center line of said section 19 a distance of 955 ft. more or less, . to the place of be inning, all in the North West Quarter of the South East 4uarter section 19 T. 37 N.R. 3 easV(otherwise known as Twyckenham Hills section "G' a proposed addition to the City of South Bend); excepting therefrom the following described tract of land known as Lot X in Twyckenham Hills section "G" a proposed addition to the City of South Bend, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the east line of the North Priest Quarter of the North East Quarter of section 19 T. 37 North, Range 3 east 200 ft. South of the South East corner of Lot numbered 280 Twyckenham Hills section. "E" an addition of the City of South Bend; thence south 340 ft.; thence in a southwesterly direction 155 ft. to the easterly line of Hill Top Drive a proposed street; thence in a northwesterly direction along the easterly line of said proposed Hill Top Drive 465 £t.; thence northeasterly 50 ft. to a point which is 120 ft. south of the south line of Ridge - wale Road; thence east and parallel at 120 ft. south of the south line of the said Ridge Dale Road 410 ft. to the place of beginning; and The undersigned respectfully petition that the following described real estate located in the City of South Bend, County of St. Joseph, State of Indiana, known as Lot X in Twyckenham Hills Section "G" a proposed addition to the City of South Bend, described as follows by zoned as "B" Residential District and "A" Height and Area District:
