ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING <br />ZOhING ORDINANCE NO, 6702 <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />That Zoning Ordinance Number 3702 be and the same is <br />hereby amended and supplemented by the adoption of an ordinance <br />zoning the following described real estate in the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, as "A" Residential District and "Ail Height and <br />District: <br />Beginning on the present city limits at a point <br />200 ft. south of the center of section 19 T. 37 <br />N.R. 3 East; thence east along the present city <br />limits 200 ft. south of the east and west center <br />line of said section 19 a distance of 1320 ft., <br />more or less, to the east line of the North west <br />Quarter of the South East Quarter; thence south <br />955 ft., more or less, to a point 165 ft, north <br />of the south line of the North west Quarter of the <br />South East Quarter; thence west 1320 £t., more or <br />less, to the north and south center line of said <br />section 19; thence north along the north and south <br />center line of said section 19 a distance of 955 <br />ft., more or less, to the place of beginning; all <br />in the North west Quarter of the South East Quarter <br />section 19 T. 37 N.R. 3 east (otherwise known as <br />Twyckenham Hills section "G" a proposed addition <br />to the City of South Bend); excepting therefrom <br />the following described tract of land known as <br />Lot X in Twyckenham Hills section "G" a proposed <br />addition to the City of South Bend, described as <br />follows: Beginning at a point on the east line of <br />the North West Quarter of the North East Quarter of <br />section 19 T. 37 North, Range 3 east 200 ft. <br />South of the South East corner of Lot numbered <br />280 Twyckenham Hills section "E" an addition <br />of the City of South Bend; thence south 340 ft.; <br />thence in a southwesterly direction 155 ft. to <br />the easterly line of Hill Top Drive a proposed <br />street; thence in a northwesterly direction along <br />the easterly line of said proposed:-'Hill Top.Dr.ive <br />465.:ft;; thence: "_nostheatterly 5D? -ft . -to ;appoint <br />which is 120 ft. south of the south line of Ridge- <br />dale Road; thence east and parallel at 120 ft. <br />south of the south line of the said Ridge Dale <br />Road 410 ft. to the place of beginning; <br />And the following described real estate in the City of <br />South Bend, County of St. Joseph, State of Indiana, as "B" <br />Residential District and "A" Height and Area District: <br />
