ORDINANCE NO. 3914 <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF <br />PERSONAL :PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by 'the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, <br />Indiana: <br />SECTION I: That the following item of personal property be appraised and <br />sold by the Board of Public Works and Safety for not less than the full <br />appraised value thereof: <br />160 Shares of the Stock of South Bend Manufacturing Company <br />SECTION II: That the Judge of the St. Joseph Circuit Court be requested to <br />appoint three (3) disinterested freeholders of the City of South Bend, Indiana <br />to appraise said property hereinabove described, <br />SECTION III: That the Board of Public Works and Safety, subject to such <br />terms and conditions as said Board shall determine, shall sell and deliver <br />said property to any purchaser or purchasers thereof upon the payment of the <br />purchase price in full but for not less than the full appraised value thereof. <br />SECTION IV: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from <br />and after its adoption by the Common Council and its approval by the Mayor. <br />Member of the Common Council <br />�C! & 2nd PEA!! 9$ .p' -e2 .f -443 <br />C(x i ?EE OF 1 <br />PUFL!C HEAR <br />3rd READ1N3 —OZ ' <br />NOT APRON' <br />REFERRED s <br />PASSEO .3 p.J ac e�-' L t ����J�s �✓ /�G% f <br />
