ORDINANCE No. ..3 RcZg <br />AN ORDINANCE AHEMING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 <br />00,1 ONLY KNO14VN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana: <br />Section 1. <br />That Ordinance No. 3702, adopted by the Common <br />Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the 13th, day <br />of June, 1949, and commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, <br />be and the same is hereby amended as follows, to --wit: <br />That the property situate in the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, and described as follows, to --wit: <br />Lot Numbered Sixteen (16) as shown on the re- <br />corded Plat of George W. Swygartle Third Ad- <br />dition to the City of South Bend, excepting <br />therefrom a tract of land fifty -two and one- <br />half (521) feet taken off of and from the en- <br />tire Nor9h and thereof, <br />be changed from "B" Residence and "A" Height and Area District <br />to "O" Commercial and "E" Height and Area District. <br />Section 2. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from <br />and after its passage and legal publication. <br />Tember of thl uncil) <br />
