ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 COMMONLY <br />KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana: <br />Section 1. Ordinance No* 3702, being the zoning ordinance of <br />the City of South Bend, Indiang, be, and the same hereby is amended <br />so that the zoning classification of the following described real <br />estate in the City of South Bend, St, Joseph County, Indiana, to wit: <br />Lot No. 17 in Pleasant View 2nd Shbdivision <br />be, and the same is hereby changed from "C" Commercial and "D" Height <br />and Area District to "A" Residence and "A" Height and Area District. <br />Section 2.
