Ordinance No. 3702, being a zoning ordinance <br />in the City of South Bend, Indiana,.be, and the same hereby is, <br />amended so that the zoning classification of the following de- <br />scribed real estate in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit:. <br />Lot Numbered Sixty -four (64) Commissioners Sub - Division <br />of Bank Out Lots Eighty -five (85) and Eighty -six (86) <br />be, and the same is hereby, changed from "B" residential, "A" <br />height and area to "C" commercial, "D" height and area district. <br />Section II.
