CITY OF SOUTH BEND 5, INDIANA <br />CITY PLAN COMMISSION <br />To The Common Council <br />City of South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: - <br />Petition of Crown Development Company for zoning of the property <br />annexed to the City of South Bend by Ordinance No. 3821, known <br />as McKinley Terrace, has been given public hearing by the City <br />Plan Commission. <br />The petition asks that the entire area be zoned A residence and <br />A height and area districts. <br />The City Plan Commission recommends to the Council that all lots <br />in McKinley Terrace Addition except lots 132, 133, 134 and 135 <br />be zoned A residence district and that said lots 132, 133, 134 and <br />135 be zoned C -1 commercial district and D height and area district. <br />Yours truly, <br />D.
