CITY OF SOUTH BEND 5, INDIANA <br />CITY PLAN COMMISSION <br />To The Common Council <br />City of South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: - <br />Petition of Rozo Rokop Toth, et. al. for change of zoning of lots <br />130 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 in Swygart's 3rd Replat, Lots 1 and 2 <br />in Sumption Prairie Avenue Addition and lot 32 in �Iwygart's 5th <br />Addition from C use and D height and area districts to B use and <br />A height and area districts has been given public hearing by the <br />City Plan Commission. <br />The City Plan Commission recommends that lots 13, 14, 15, 16, -.17 <br />and 18 in Swygarts 3rd Replat together with lots 1 and 2 in Sumption <br />Prairie Avenue Addition be changed from C use and D height and area <br />district to B use and A height and area district. <br />It will be noted that lot 32 in Swygart's 5th Addition is not re- <br />commended for change at this time. <br />Yours truly, <br />D.
