ORDINANCE NO. 3 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORD - <br />NANCE N0. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />Section 1• <br />That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702 be, and the same is <br />hereby, amended by changing the zoning classification of the follov <br />ing described property in the City of South Bend, St.Joseph County; <br />State of Indiana from "El' Height and Area District to "F11 Height <br />and Area District: <br />Beginning at a point on the West line of South <br />Franklin Street, 502 feet South of the intersection <br />of the South line of DuBail Avenue,formerly Blanche <br />Street, with the west line of South Franklin Street, <br />thence West 153 feet to the East line of a 14 foot <br />alley; thence North on the East line of said 14 foot <br />alley 200 feet; thence East 153 feet to the West line <br />of South Franklin Street; thence South on the West <br />line of South Franklin Street 200 feet to the place <br />of beginning.
