ORDINANCE NO. 3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORD - NANCE N0. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1• That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702 be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the zoning classification of the follov ing described property in the City of South Bend, St.Joseph County; State of Indiana from "El' Height and Area District to "F11 Height and Area District: Beginning at a point on the West line of South Franklin Street, 502 feet South of the intersection of the South line of DuBail Avenue,formerly Blanche Street, with the west line of South Franklin Street, thence West 153 feet to the East line of a 14 foot alley; thence North on the East line of said 14 foot alley 200 feet; thence East 153 feet to the West line of South Franklin Street; thence South on the West line of South Franklin Street 200 feet to the place of beginning. Also beginning at a point 502 feet South of the Southwest corner of DuBail Avenue, formerly Blanche Street, and Franklin Street as laid out in Stulls 5th Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana; thence West 153 feet; thence South 80 feet; thence East 153 feet; thence North 80 feet to the place of beginning. Lots numbered 5, 6 and 7 as shown on the recorded Plat of the South Bend and Gary Land Companys Plat to the City of South Bend.
