ORDINANCE NO.,-40 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 <br />COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana: <br />Section 1. <br />That Ordinance No. 3702, adopted by the Common Council of <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the 13th day of June, 1949, and commonly <br />known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended as follows, <br />to -wit: <br />That the property situate in the City of South Bend, Indiana, and <br />described as follows, to -wit: <br />Lots Numbered One (1), Two (2) and <br />Three (3) as shown on the recorded <br />plat of Hartman and Woodworth's <br />Addition, in the City of South Bend, <br />be changed from "B" Residence and "A" Height and Area District to "D" Light <br />Industrial and "D" Height and Area District. <br />No other provision save and except as to the tracts herein bounded and <br />described shall be changed hereby. <br />Section 2. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its <br />passage and legal publication. <br />Q q G,c <br />Member of the Common Council) <br />let & 2nd REACN �5- <br />COW iTEE OF THE 1�WlL <br />PUBLIC HEARiNe <br />3rd Itumme 7 <br />NOT APPROVED <br />PAWN <br />REfER11E0 <br />
