ORDINANCE NO. `1 X12 y _ <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5702 <br />COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana: <br />Section I. Ordinance No. 8702, being the zoning ordinance of <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana, be, and the same hereby is, amended <br />so that the zoning classification of the following described real <br />estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, towit: <br />Lots 11 and 12 and part of Lot 10 in North Sunny - <br />side Addition, Part of Lot 59, Lots 60 and 61 in <br />Coquillard Woods Addition, Lots 70, 710 72 and 75 <br />and part of Lot 74 in Sunnyside Manor and a part <br />of Lot 58 in Jefferson Park Addition be changed <br />from C commercial and D height and area districts <br />to A residence and A height and area districts. <br />Part of Lot 74, Lots 75 to 81 inclusive in Sunny- <br />side Manor; Part of Lot 10 and lots 5 to 9 inclu- <br />sive in North Sunnyside Addition from B residence <br />district to A residence district. <br />Section II.
