BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that Zoning Ordinance No. 3702 heretofore adopted on June 13, 1949, be, and the same is hereby amended as follows: SECTION I. That the Zoning Classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit: "A part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 37 North, Range 3 East, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Southerly line of South Bend Avenue, which point is 513.25 feet Northeasterly from the Northeast corner of Talbotrs Plat to the City of South Bend, as re- corded in Plat Book 7, page 26, in the Recorderrs Office in St. Joseph County, Indiana; running thence Northeasterly along the Southerly line of South Bend Avenue 312.25 feet to the weattc.hine of Jacobs Street; thence Southeasterly along the *#:. line of Jacobs Street projected to a point that is 200 feet South of the South line of said South Bend Avenue on a line drawn at right angles to the South line of said South Bend Avenue; thence Southwesterly to a point that is 200 feet South of the place of beginning, on a line drawn at right angles to the South line of said South Bend Avenue, thence North 200 feet to the place of beginning ", be and the same is hereby changed from "B" Residential District to "C" Commercial District and from "A" Height and Area District to '"D" Height and Area District.
