ORDINANCE NO. 3 dO- G %-6-- <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 <br />COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />Y <br />Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana; <br />Section 1 <br />That Ordinance No. 3702, adopted by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the 13th day of June, 1949, and <br />commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby <br />amended as follows, to -wit: <br />That the property situate in the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />and described as follows, to -wit: <br />All of Lot Numbered Fifteen (15) as shown <br />on the recorded plat of J. G. Bartlett's <br />First Addition to the City of South Bend,ex- <br />cepting a parcel of ground Thirty -four (34) <br />feet in width taken off of and from the en- <br />tire west end of said lot. <br />be changed from "C" Commercial Use District and "C" Height and Area <br />District to "C" Commercial Use District and "E" Height and Area dis- <br />trict. <br />No other provision save and except as to the tract herein <br />bounded and described shall be changed hereby. <br />Section 2 <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after <br />its passage and legal publication. <br />Tnc« ember of Common Council <br />
