ORDINANCE NO. d'- Al <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 3702 <br />COMMONLY KNOININ AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana: <br />Section I. Ordinance No. 3702, being the zoning ordinance of <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana., be, and the same hereby is, amended <br />so that the zoning classification of the following described real <br />estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, towit: <br />Lots 7, 8, 9 and 10 in Kensington Addition and Lot No. 37 <br />Kalevrs second addition, <br />be, and the same is hereby, changed from "B" residence district <br />and "A" Height and Area District to "C" Commercial District and <br />"D" Height and Area District. <br />Section II.
