REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 24, 2015 50 WHEREAS, the scales of Common Construction Wages adopted in these hearings that apply to public works construction projects estimated to cost more than $175,000 are valid for three (3) months and may be revised or amended at each wage determination meeting; and WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, acting by and through its Board of Public Works, desires to adopt the Common Construction Wage Rates as amended from time to time for public works projects estimated to cost more than $175,000. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of South Bend Board of Public Works that the Common Construction Wage Rates shall apply to public works projects having an estimated cost of more than $175,000 being bid or offered after February 24, 2015 for the duration of calendar year 2015.
