PUBLIC WORKS & PROPERTY VACATION MARCH 9, 2015 4:30 P.M. <br />Committee Members Present: Valerie Schey, Dr. David Varner, Henry Davis (AB), <br />Oliver Davis (AB) <br />Citizen Members Present: Vacant <br />Other Council Present: Tim Scott, Dr. Fred Ferlic (AB), Karen White, Derek Dieter, <br />Gavin Ferlic <br />Others Present: John Murphy, Cecil Eastman <br />Agenda: Bill 03 -15 Street & Alley Vacation near Ignition Park <br />Valerie Schey, Chair of the Public Works and Property Vacation Committee, called the hearing to order <br />with just one bill scheduled for consideration. <br />Bill 03 -15, initiated by the City, requests the vacation of streets and alleys in what will be phase II of the <br />Ignition Park development. <br />Valerie announced that a letter from Community Investment received on March 51h asked fora <br />continuance of the 2 0d and 3rd readings until March 231d <br />In that a quorum of the Committee was not present, no official recommendation was made. <br />That being the only business Valerie adjourned the meeting at 4:33 P.M. <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />Valerie Schey, Chairpers n <br />Public Works & Property Vacation Comm' t e <br />
