RESOLUTION NO. �051 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND DESIGNATING CERTAIN AREAS WITHIN <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, COMMONLY KNOWN AS <br />4044 William Richardson Court <br />AN ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION AREA FOR PURPOSES OF A <br />THREE (3) YEAR REAL PROPERTY <br />TAX ABATEMENT FOR <br />RICK E. NEWMAN (CRYSTAL MOUNTAIN, INC.) <br />WHEREAS, a petition for real property tax abatement has been filed with the City <br />Clerk for consideration by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana <br />requesting that the area commonly known as 4044 William Richardson Court, South Bend, <br />Indiana, and which is more particularly described as follows: <br />THAT PART OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 21, T. 38 N., R. 2 <br />E., GERMAN TOWNSHIP, CITY OF SOUTH BEND, ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, <br />INDIANA WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS: BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE <br />EAST LINE OF SAID SECTION WHICH IS N. 000 - 50' -42" W., 315.78 FT. <br />FROM A STONE MARKING THE EAST QUARTER POST OF SAID SECTION; <br />THENCE S. 88° -53' -01" W., 347.61 FT. TO THE EAST LINE OF WILLIAM <br />RICHARDSON COURT; THENCE ALONG SAID EAST LINE N. 00° - 59' -02" <br />W., 4.91 FT; THENCE AROUND A 60.00 FT. RADIUS CURVE TO THE LEFT <br />AN ARC DISTANCE OF 52.86 FT. TO THE END OF A CHORD WHICH BEARS <br />N. 260 -13'-24" W. AND HAVING A DISTANCE OF 51.17 FT.; THENCE <br />AROUND A 50.00 FT. RADIUS CURVE TO THE RIGHT AN ARC DISTANCE <br />OF 44.05 FT. TO THE END OF A CHORD WHICH BEARS N. 260 -13'24" W. <br />AND HAVING A DISTANCE OF 42.64 FT.; THENCE N. 000 -59' -02" W., <br />255.14 FT.; THENCE N. 88° -53' -01" E., 388.45 FT. TO THE EAST LINE OF <br />SAID SECTION; THENCE ALONG SAID EAST LINE S. 00° -50'42" E., 345.00 <br />FT. TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
