REGULAR MEETIN G FEBRUARY 10, 2015 33 e) Installation of solar speed indication signs on 26 Street and/or 29" Street in both directions; and f) Maintain temporary street closure of 27 Street between McKinley Avenue and Colfax Avenue until stop signs are installed The current action by the City Engineer expires on February 23, 2015 and further continuance of the temporary closure of 27 Street requires Board of Public Works approval. APPROVE INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT In a Memorandum to the Board, Ms. Kim Thompson, Division of Environmental Services, submitted the following Wastewater Discharge Permit and recommended approval: Hoosier Tank and Manufacturing, Inc., 1710 N. Sheridan Street There being no further discussion, upon a motion made by Ms. Roos, seconded by Mr. Henthorn and carried, the permit was approved. APPROVE CLAIMS Ms. Roos stated that a request to pay the following claims in the amounts indicated has been received by the Board; each claim is fully supported by an invoice; the person receiving the goods or services has approved the claims; and the claims have been filed with the City Fiscal Off icer and certified for ae curac Name Amount of Claim Date City of South Bend $992,922.56 _ 02/10/2015 Cit of South Bend 51,893.69 02/0 3/2015 Therefore, Ms. Roos made a motion that after review of the expenditures, the claims be approved as submitted. Mr. Relos seconded the motion, which carried.
