RESOLUTION NO. RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA ADOPTING A WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT FACILITIES PLAN AND SUBMITTING PLAN TO THE INDIANA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, has caused a facilities plan (the Plan) dated May 1998, to be prepared by the consulting firm of Greeley and Hansen; and WHEREAS, the Plan has been presented to the public at a public hearing held June 4, 1998, for their comments; and WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, finds that the Plan would be in the best interests of the City of South Bend and the residents of the City of South Bend and there was not sufficient evidence presented in objection to the recommended project in the facilities plan. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, THAT: Section I. The South Bend, Indiana Wastewater Treatment Plant Facilities Plan dated May 1998, is hereby approved and adopted by the Common Council of the City of South Bend; and Section I The plan shall be submitted to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management for its review and approval. Section III.
