HEALTH & PUBLIC SAFETY JANUARY 26, 2015 3:20 P.M. <br />Committee Members Present: Derek Dieter, Dr. Fred Ferlic, Karen White, Valerie Schey (EAB) <br />Other Council Present: Tim Scott, Henry Davis, Oliver Davis (EAB), Dr. David Varner, <br />Gavin Ferlic <br />Others Present: Erin Blasko, John Murphy <br />Agenda: Bill 59 -14 Amend Code Addressing Vacant Building <br />Maintenance Registration <br />Derek Dieter, Chair of the Health and Public Safety Committee with a quorum present opened the <br />meeting with but one bill for consideration. <br />Bill 59 -14 intends to amend the City Code to address vacant building maintenance and registration. <br />Chairman Dieter announced he had received a request from the Administration to postpone any action <br />on the bill until the next Council meeting on February 91h. <br />Following appropriate motions to continue the bill until February 9th by Karen White and Dr. Ferlic <br />agreed to by all the bill was so continued. <br />Derek Dieter adjourned at 3:23 P.M. <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />Dere iete , Chai a son <br />Health & Public Safety <br />
