Committee Members Present: <br />Other Council Present: <br />Others Present: <br />Agenda: <br />FEBRUARY 9.2015 5:13 P.M. <br />Derek Dieter, Gavin Ferlic, Karen White, <br />Dr. Fred Ferlic (EAB) <br />Tim Scott, Henry Davis, Valerie Schey (EAB), <br />Oliver Davis, Dr. David Varner <br />Bob Emery, Kathy Cekanski - Farrand <br />Organizational Meeting <br />Derek Dieter, Chair of the Residential Neighborhoods Committee, conducted a brief organizational <br />meeting to review 2014 and set goals for 2015. <br />The report of activities of the Residential Neighborhoods Committee during 2014 is on file in the City <br />Clerk's Office. <br />For 2015 suggestions Tim Scott felt the recently initiated walks through the neighborhoods were a good <br />way to connect with constituents concerns and should be continued in 2015. <br />Dr. David Varner, emphasized the value of a focus on neighborhoods because so much emphasis is often <br />on downtown development at the expense of neighborhood issues. <br />With a pledge to keep neighborhoods on the front burner, Derek adjourned the meeting at 5:18 P.M. <br />Respectfu ly Submitt d, <br />erek Die er, Chairperson <br />Residential Neighborhoods Committee <br />
