As we are all well aware, <br />technology is moving at a record pace. We must be ever mindful of our duties and responsibilities as public <br />officials and properly balance our rights and obligations with all Constitutional protections. <br />We again ask each of you to provide your recommendations so that the South Bend Common Council can be a <br />leader in this area.
