Reasonable Accommodation Cover Letter <br />Page 2 <br />The attached resolution setting forth "Reasonable Accommodations Policies and Procedures in <br />Zoning and Land Use Decisions" is recommended to be formally adopted by the <br />Common Council. The background work and multiple meetings held with the various officials <br />and attorneys representing the county and city agencies is commendable. As a result, the City and <br />County representatives have amicably addressed all of the items discussed with the DOJ and HUD. <br />We ask that the Resolution be referred to the Zoning and Annexation Committee for review and <br />recommendation. We further request that it be scheduled for public hearing on Monday, January <br />26, 2015.
