JANUARY 26, 2015 5:39 P.M. <br />Seven Councilmembers answered President Tim Scott's call to go over the formal meetings agenda. <br />Both Valerie Schey and Oliver Davis had excused absences. <br />After a run through of the agenda President Scott announced that the application period for boards and <br />commissions be extended until February 2. <br />Additionally Council Committee Chairs were asked to make their citizen member choices for their <br />respective committees by the next meeting. <br />President Tim Scott adjourned the meeting at 5:42 P.M. <br />es <br />Tim Scott, President <br />
