Amending Chapeter 4, 5, and 10 to revise provisions for some of the licensing fees governed

Section XXI I. Chapter 4, Article 4, Section 4-60 Subsection (g) of the South Bend Municipal Code shall be, and hereby is, amended to read as follows: Sec. 4-60. Transient merchants. *************************************************************************************************** (g) License fees. (1) The license fee for a transient merchant shall be {tGJ69:9~) one hundred thirty-five dollars ($135.00) for a continuous period of not more than fifty-nine (59) days of operation at the location approved by the Board of Public Works. Operation at another location within the City during the fifty-nine (59) day period shall require the issuance of a separate license. (2) Transient merchants obtaining a license for proposed business operations during the months of November and/or December, which sell only live or natural Christmas trees or natural wreaths, shall pay a license fee of {~63~A:A9j fifty dollars ($50.00). *********************************************************************************************** Section XXIII.
