Section IX. Chapter 4, Article 4, Section 4-35 Subsection (c)(5)(a) of the South <br />Bend Municipal Code shall be, and hereby is, amended to read as follows: <br />Sec. 4-35. Massage establishments and technicians. <br />*************************************************************************************************** <br />(5) License fee: <br />a. The fee for an annual license to operate a massage establishment shall <br />be one hundred twenty dollars ($120.00) payable to the <br />City Controller at the time of the issuance of said license. <br />*************************************************************************************************** <br />Section X. Chapter 4, Article 4, Section 4-36 Subsection (f) of the South Bend <br />Municipal Code shall be, and hereby is, amended to read as follows: <br />Sec. 4-36. Pool halls. <br />*************************************************************************************************** <br />(f) License issuance. The city controller shall issue a pool hall license to all persons <br />complying with this section upon the favorable recommendations of the police, building <br />and fire departments and the payment of a #tfty~affa~ one hundred dollar ($100.00) <br />licensing fee. <br />Section XI. Chapter 4, Article 4, Section 4-38 Subsection (d) of the South Bend <br />Municipal Code shall be, and hereby is, amended to read as follows: <br />Sec. 4-38. Open-air businesses. <br />*************************************************************************************************** <br />(d) The license fee for an open-air business conducted on private property shall be <br />i~vc uunaio uiiu ni~y vV~~w ~.yv.vv~ Nv. .wawy ..~... .. .. ....~ ........... ~w...,.....~ ..............., ... ..... <br />forty-five dollars ($45.00) per location per year. The license <br />fee for an open-air business conducted upon public property shall be ~t <br />forty dollars ($40.00) per location per year. No license shall be issued <br />by the Controller under this section until the zoning, ingress and egress of the <br />location(s) have been approved by the appropriate City Departments. <br />*************************************************************************************************** <br />Section XI I. Chapter 4, Article 4, Section 4-39 Subsection (e) of the South Bend <br />Municipal Code shall be, and hereby is, amended to read as follows: <br />Sec. 4-39. Public parking facility. <br />*************************************************************************************************** <br />(e) Public parking facility. A fee of <br />' eighty dollars ($80.00) shall be paid <br />for each license issued under this section. <br />*************************************************************************************************** <br />
