HEALTH & PUBLIC SAFETY JANUARY 12, 2015 3:30 P.M. <br />Committee Members Present: Derek Dieter, Dr. Fred Ferlic, Karen White, Valerie Schey <br />Other Council Present: Tim Scott, Henry Davis, Dr. David Varner, Oliver Davis <br />Gavin Ferlic <br />Others Present: Kathy Cekanski - Farrand, Erin Blasko <br />Agenda: Bill 59 -14 Amends Code Addressing Vacant Building Maintance <br />and Registration <br />With every Councilmember in attendance save Henry Davis, Chair of the Health & Public Safety <br />Committee Derek Dieter called the meeting to order nothing but one item on the agenda Bill 59 -14 <br />which would amend the Code to address vacant building registration and maintenance. <br />Derek recognized Councilman Tim Scott, sponsor of the bill who asked the bill be continued until <br />January 26th.
