ZONING & ANNEXATION JANUARY 12, 2015 4:08 P.M. <br />Committee Members Present: Oliver Davis, Valerie Schey, Henry Davis, Derek Dieter <br />Other Council Present: Tim Scott, Dr. Fred Ferlic, Dr. David Varner, Karen White, <br />Gavin Ferlic <br />Others Present: Kathy Cekanski - Farrand <br />Agenda: Bill 58 -14 Amend Zoning at 1430 Mishawaka Ave. <br />Oliver Davis, chairman of the Zoning & Annexation Committee called the hearing to order with one bill <br />up for consideration. <br />Bill 58 -14 was submitted to petition for a rezoning at 1430 Mishawaka Avenue. <br />The petitioner was not present so Henry Davis made a motion for no recommendation. Valerie Schey <br />offered a second which all supported. If the petitioner showed for the 700 meeting the bill would be <br />considered by full Council at that meeting. <br />ting at 4:10 P.M. <br />
