" Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council <br />2015 <br />The January 22, 2015 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was called <br />to order by Council President Tim Scott at 5:32 p.m. in the Council's Informal Meeting Room. <br />Persons in attendance included Council Members: Karen L. White, Tim Scott, Henry <br />Davis, Jr., Dr. David Varner, and Derek D. Dieter; Attorney Robert J. Palmer, and Council <br />Attorney Kathleen Cekanski - Farrand. <br />Council President Scott noted that the Executive Session was called pursuant to the "Notice <br />of Executive Session" dated January 20, 2015 (attached) which states in part that the meeting is <br />being held pursuant to Indiana Code § 5- 14- 1.5 -6.1 (b)(2)(B) for the discussion of strategy with <br />respect to pending litigation. <br />This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session was that <br />contained in the January 20, 2015 "Notice of Executive Session ". <br />Council President Oliver J.
