It is scheduled to have First Reading on Monday, January 26, 2015. <br />As the sponsors of Bill No. 04 -2015, we request that this Bill be referred to the Council's Information and <br />Technology Committee, but that no date for a Common Council public hearing be set. In this way, ongoing <br />discussions and reviews of your recommendations on these policies and procedures may take place. <br />We look forward to continuing our discussions with you in developing clear policies and procedures which protect <br />the governmental interests of the Common Council and your Constitutional rights. It is our hope that the parties <br />in the pending litigation should have the opportunity to reach an amicable solution which would be agreeable to <br />the parties through thoughtful and meaningful discussions..
